The best part of my stay was that the hotel upgraded me to a better room without extra charge. Furthermore, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful if you need to book excursions and activities. They are also helpful in answering questions or if you need any recomendations. Hotel is within walking distance to most tourist attractions and restaurants. I'm definately going to stay here again next time I'm in Istanbul.

Hotel has been operating for past 4 months or so, so fairly new. Nice boutique hotel with attentive staff and cosy environment. Rooms were cleaned without reminding and friendly staff ensured needs were met immediately both for room and during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again as location was perfect. All in all the Turkish people are by far the best in terms of hospitality and going the extra mile. Thank you Balpetek, my wife and 2 children appreciated all you did for us. Eyvallah!

1. Location. From Istanbul airport we took Havaist bus number 12 and got down at Aksaray metro stop. From there we took T1 tram to Camberlitas. The hotel was within 100 meters from the stop. This was all at night. Could easily reach the hotel with luggage with ease. Spent only less than 100 TL per person. 2. Hotel check in was a breeze. Smiling person was waiting for us. 24 hours reception. We had paid in advance through Booking.com 3. Our room was on topmost floor. Spacious lift is available. The whole floor was ourselves. There were two balconies accessible from our room. 4. Room was as described in the picture. Very neet and clean. Bathroom was spacious, as described on the website. Clean towels and linen. Kettle and mini fridge were available. Plenty of toiletries. 5. Place is very near to eateries ( Ortaklar was tasty and affordable) and grocery store for buying water snacks etc. 6. All important places to visit were accessible by foot or public transport. T1 tram is very useful. A casual walk could take you to Grand Bazaar or Blue mosque. This place is very new and very clean. A hidden gem. Highly recommended.

The best part was the location of the hotel that is easily walkable to all the historic sights around Sultanahmet and the tram stop is barely a half minute walk up a side street from the hotel. Also there are many eateries and shopping stores along the Tramway Avenue.Plenty to browse, shop and eat. The front desk and housekeeping were extremely responsive and very helpful in addressing our needs and even provided directions getting to and from our everyday sightseeing transportation. A big thanks to Onur and Mohammed for their wonderful, friendly customer interactions.

Ideal location - very close to Grand bazaar and 1 tram stop or short walk to Hagia Sophia. Very clean room, air condition, comfortable bed. Very helpful and friendly but not pushy staff, as a solo travelling woman I felt fully safe and comfortable. They arranged transport to the airport for me and even escorted me to a taxi waiting on nearby street because of traffic jams (Teşekkürler Ismail!) I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends going to Istanbul and will stay here if I come again.

Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room clean comfortable bed fridge and Kettle. lift to all floors . It's a short walk to Blue mosque Grand Bazaar. Lots of Restaurants and shops in the vicinity. T1 tram stop at the top of the road which will take u to lots of places on the tourist map. Supermarket at the end of the road sell most things l.

The hotel has a great location, right in the middle of Sultanahmet, the historical center. Many of the main attractions and a busy tram line are only a couple of mins long walk away, meanwhile you can get an impression about the real everyday life in this vibrant city. The staff was amazingly helpful here, reception is open 0-24 hours, they ordered us food in the middle of the night just after our arrival. The room was clean and satisfying. The price was more than fair for this outstanding service. Highly recommended!

"Thank you to Ismail and his colleague (apologies, I forgot the name!) for the warm welcome. The location is ideal – it’s in a street lined with wholesale shoe shops, making it relatively quiet at night, but just a two-minute walk brings you right into the lively area. Most major attractions are within walking distance, and there are good restaurants nearby. A supermarket is only three minutes away on foot. While the room style wasn’t exactly to my taste, I was comfortable overall, and the hotel feels recently renovated."

The location is very close to a lot of the main sights and right by the tram stop. I especially liked how many restaurants were close by. The two hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged my transfer from the airport (which I highly recommend). The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a 5 day stay. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Thank you.

I had a wonderful time in Istanbul. The hotel is few minutes away from tram station and short walking distance to all major tourist attractions. I arrived earlier than check in time and Ozkon was very kind and allowed me to check in earlier. He also was very attentive to help with everything I needed during my stay in Istanbul. The room was very quiet and cozy. All members of staff were very friendly and welcoming , and for me was a very special occasion as I celebrated my birthday during my stay in Istanbul , and couldn’t have been happier. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to visit you again in the future. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart. I am really grateful for making my stay wonderful.
